catching up

So this post will have to be like 3 in 1 many exciting fun things have been going on but so busy to keep up with it all! On fathers day are intentions were to go for a 4 wheeler ride but its started down pouring and Jared got stuck in the mud so we spent a hour or so diggin him out. All in all it turned out to be a great day with the family and it was very hilarious. Next off I went to girls camp with my young women this last week. We had a great time but its hard to keep up with the them. They have lots of energy with very little sleep. It will take me a week to recover. It was great thanks girls for the good times i will never forget. Lastly was the 4th of July we went fishing with Roberts parents and his Sister and her bf, out to Strawberry. It was nice I caught 2 fish. We came back to our house to watch the fireworks. It has been super busy I seem like I am so behind on many things. And I will be working a ton this month so I now I will be farther and farther behind. Anyways its been a great summer so far, seems unreal its already July with this weather we have had. Soon enough the Derby will be here before we know it. Robert is pushing it to get his car done and he is usually not this far behind. I am not doing it this year :( if there was more time in a day we would probably could've got both of our cars done! Oh well guess i am getting to old for it!!!!

Tennessee trip to see my sista

So I am very very far behind on posting My mom and I flew out to Tennessee to see my sister and nephews. It was really good to see them. They grow up so dang fast. My oldest Nephew who is almost 16 yes 16 can you believe it (i cant), well he is way tall and the others have grown a least a foot. So we did lots of things and the weather was nice. We went to the Memphis Zoo which was really nice and lots of animals. One day we went to the Botanical Gardens which was beautiful inside. We took lots of fun pics. We saw the State flower shown in the pic. It smells so good. We also stopped to feed the Japanese fish that looked like huge goldfish and the just swarmed to you waithing for food. We did make Cafe Rio salads one day. Which is our favorite and since they dont have them back there we had to get creative. I thought we did a good job they were actually better than going to the Restaurant ( so 1 day I might open my own Cafe Rio). WE did some shopping and had lots of fun being with each other. Glad we got to go!

Memorial Weekend

So we went to Moab this past weekend with our friends Sarah and Austin Baker. We had tons of fun and did alot of riding. We rode a total of about 75 miles in 3 days. We saw tons of pretty scenery and it was breathtaking. I couldnt believe the sites. We stayed up in a canyon in our trailer and could ride right from our campground. It was such nice weather in the day and it would rain at night which was nice it would wet the ground enought the dust wouldnt fly as much. We hiked up to 2 different arches the one with me and robert in together was Prichett arch which was the farthest ride in and then a half mile hike up slick rock to get to it. The other arch is Picture Frame arch. On Monday we rode a pretty hard trail called Poison Spider it was pure slick rock some spots were pretty hard to get up that Robert sometimes had to drive my wheeler up for me! But it was fun and we had a good time. Along the trail we were riding on Sunday we had come to a huge wash out and talked to some guys there who said the night before white water rapids had come down and they couldnt believe their eyes. The dogs had a good time they stayed behind in the air conditioned trailer and they are pooped! Peanut had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. In one of the pics Sammy and Cash were sound asleep on the way home. We did run into some traffic on the way home and went about 3mph for a good hour! I am excited to go back again and explore some more!!

Purple hair
